These partner terms cover the Premierely Refer & earn program. They add to our Terms of service, which still apply. Premierely runs the program from Cosijnstraat 25, 2313 NC, Leiden, the Netherlands.
1. Who can join
Anyone with a Premierely account in good standing can join, on every plan, for free. You join by using your referral link or by adding payout details on the Refer & earn page.
2. What you earn
You earn 20% of every Plus or Pro subscription payment made by a person you referred, for as long as they stay subscribed. We calculate it on the amount they pay excluding VAT.
You don't earn on Free accounts, booking fees, outside-payment fees or any other charge.
3. Who counts as your referral
A new account counts as your referral when it signs up in one of these ways:
- Your referral link. The person signs up within 30 days of opening your link. If they open another partner's link after yours, the last link they opened counts.
- Your booking form or link in bio. An artist or label who creates an account through your booking form, or through your link in bio page.
- Your download gates. A fan who signs up through the prompt on your gate. Or a fan who got a download through your gate in the 90 days before they signed up, matched by the email or SoundCloud account they used on your gate. If they used gates from more than one partner, the last gate counts.
A link, booking form or link in bio always beats a gate match. A referral is fixed when the account is created. We can't move it to another partner later, and accounts that already exist can't become a referral.
4. Hold, refunds and chargebacks
Every commission waits 30 days before it can be paid out. If a payment is refunded or charged back, we cancel the commission that came from it. If we already paid it out, we take the amount off your next payouts.
5. Payouts
We pay out on the 1st of every month.
- Bank transfer (SEPA countries): paid once your balance is €1 or more.
- Stripe (outside SEPA): paid through Stripe Connect once your balance is €25 or more.
You make sure your payout details are correct. If a payout bounces, the amount goes back into your balance and we try again with the next payout. We may ask you for information we need to meet tax or payment rules before we pay you.
6. Taxes
Commission amounts include any VAT you may owe. You are responsible for reporting and paying any tax on your commissions where you live.
7. Fair use
You can share your link anywhere people already know you, like your bio, your emails, your channels and your posts. You may not:
- refer yourself or accounts you control;
- send spam or messages people didn't ask for;
- make false or misleading claims about Premierely, or pretend to be Premierely;
- bid on "Premierely" or similar words in paid search ads;
- set referral cookies or links without the visitor clicking your link.
If we find a breach, we may hold or cancel the commissions it produced and close your partner access. We check every referral for self-referrals before we pay it out.
8. Changes and ending the program
We may change these terms or the commission rate. We'll email you 30 days before a change takes effect. Commissions you earned before the change stay as they were.
We may end the program with 30 days' notice. We then pay out your earned balance once its hold has passed, as long as it meets the minimum. You can stop taking part any time.
9. Our relationship
You take part as an independent partner. You are not our employee or agent, and you can't make promises on behalf of Premierely.
10. Law and contact
Dutch law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence still apply. Questions: [email protected].
