Premiere booking system
The scheduling ping-pong, the manual upload, formatting the title by hand - Premierely does all of it. You approve or reject. That is the job.
Booking form
A fixed submission form collects the release title, the SoundCloud link and a message, then a chat thread opens on every request so questions stay attached to the track. Audio, artwork and the requested date only arrive once you approve, so nothing lands in your inbox for premieres you were always going to turn down.
Payment
Your storefront lists your premiere price, the artist checks out there, and the money lands in your connected Stripe account the moment checkout completes. You can run the service free instead, and Premierely never makes you chase either way.
Distribution
The approval that schedules the premiere is the last thing you do. Premierely uploads the audio and artwork to SoundCloud at the booked time, then posts the same premiere to your connected Instagram, YouTube and TikTok channels from that one booking, so one approval covers every channel instead of one manual upload per channel.
Templates
Pro lets you add your own fields to the booking form, then insert them as one-click chips into your title and description templates. Set the template once, and every future premiere fills those fields in automatically instead of you retyping the same details each time.
Calendar
Pro lets you block dates you are unavailable, allow or refuse same-day requests, cap how many premieres you accept per day, and send scheduling reminders ahead of the publish date. The calendar enforces the limits you set, so double-booking and forgotten dates stop being your problem.
The Free plan runs the core loop - booking form, calendar, payments and auto-publish - with 3 paid inbound bookings per month and 1 publish per day. Pro is 10 EUR per month or 100 EUR per year, with a 14-day trial and no card needed. Paid bookings carry a flat 5% platform fee on both plans.
Artists fill in the request on your public booking page - release title, SoundCloud link and a message - and sign in only when they hit submit.
After you approve. The artist uploads the final audio and artwork together with the date and payment, so you never store files for tracks you turn down.
The moment the artist completes checkout, the money moves to your connected Stripe account. There is no separate payout step on Premierely's side.
Yes. 0 EUR is a price you can set - you keep the form, the queue and the auto-publish, and free bookings are uncapped. The 3-per-month cap on the Free plan only counts paid bookings.
